These policies are only intended for customers who have purchased products directly from SoftwareMS.co.uk. If brought elsewhere please contact them for assistance.

Delivery Information

  • Unfortunately it is not possible to collect
  • Please ensure your email address is valid and working to receive order confirmation and dispatch notice, which includes your tracking number
  • Postage costs will be determined by size and weight of your order
  • We ship directly from the UK to any worldwide location
  • In the majority of cases goods are dispatched the next working day (Mon – Fri)
  • Please allow 2 working days for delivery and 5 working days during busy periods 
  • We use Interlink Express for all orders placed via our website
  • If you place your order before 3pm, the products will be dispatched the same day. If placed after 3pm, the products will be dispatched the next working day. Please note orders placed on public holidays and the weekend will be dispatched the next working day
  • Delivery charges include insurance, we do not dispatch products if not insured
  • If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact our sales team immediately

Returns

Unwanted Goods

  • A RMA number is to be obtained before we can accept any returns
  • Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition
  • After 7 days we have the right to refuse any returns
  • A re-stocking fee of 15% or 20 GBP will apply to all unwanted returns, whichever is greater

Faulty Goods

  • If an item appears to be faulty within 14 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can issue a replacement
  • After 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for assistance
  • Products have to be returned in their original packaging
  • Our policy is to always replace all faulty products
  • A RMA number is to be obtained before we can accept any returns
  • Goods tested and found to have no fault will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We will only hold products for 7 days before they are destroyed. Software Made Simple is not responsible for the return of such goods. A testing charge of 20 GBP per item will be charged on items found to have no fault.

RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation)
To help us rectify the situation as soon as possible, please read the following guidelines.

  • An RMA number is required before we can accept any returns
  • RMA numbers should only be visible on all paperwork NOT any products
  • RMA forms must be returned with all products stating a valid RMA number. We will not test goods without a RMA number. Such products will be sent back to the customer at their expense or destroyed after 7 days.
  • DO NOT deface the product or any retail packaging

Postage
All returned products must be sent via a trusted courier with adequate insurance. Software Made Simple will not be held responsible for goods not received. The customer is responsible for all postage costs.

All returns must be accompanied by our RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) form for them to be processed. For an RMA form, please email returns@SoftwareMS.co.uk

 

You should always contact our team at returns@SoftwareMS.co.uk if you are unsure about returning a product.

This is not what I ordered
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at info@SoftwareMS.co.uk. Please DO NOT OPEN the packaging, return the product to us with the original receipt and the RMA form issued stating what you ordered and we will rectify the situation.

Payment Information

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, personal cheques, postal orders (UK only), and bank transfer. We also accept cash payments, please ensure cash payments are sent via recorded post.
  • There is no limit to your order, but if you are paying by cheque, please ensure you are within your cheque guarantee limit
