It's very easy to track what you've ordered and what you've received. QuickBooks Accountant uses the information to generate cheques, organise credit card transactions and enter suppliers' bills. These include contractor services and even items like office supplies that are not set up as stock items. When everything has been received - as outlined on the Purchase Order - QuickBooks Accountant marks the Purchase Order 'Received in Full'.
